Both parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein Complainant has to pay Rs 2,45,929/- favouring Essence Facilities Solution Pvt Ltd which is the group company of OP as full and final settlement against maintenance and other charges pending against Mapsco Builders Pvt Ltd i.e. OP.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted. Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
