The Counsel for the applicant – HDFC Ltd., after arguing for sometime, has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the application, with liberty to resort to any other legal remedy, which may be available to the applicant, under the provisions of law.

                   In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs, with liberty as aforesaid.      

                    Certified copy of the order be sent to each of the parties, free of charge.
