Petitioners have filed an application for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file an appeal. It is stated that the impugned order under challenge before this Commission was passed in execution proceedings. Only appeal lies against that order. Hence, petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition and given liberty to file an appeal. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Dasti.
