ORDER

 Counsel for the OPs has handed over a new handset to the complainant in compliance of order passed by this Forum. The complainant has handed over the old handset to the counsel for the OPs.  The new handset, handed over to the complainant today shall carry one year warranty from today.

                   The complainant has appended a note on the execution application itself that he wants to withdraw the complaint.

                   In view of the above and the note appended on the execution application by the complainant the Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties, free of charge.
