ORDER

Present:       Complainant in person.

                             Sh. Rajender Verma, Advocate for OP no.1.

Sh. Amit Soni, Advocate for OP no.2&3.

OP no.4 exparte.

 

           Learend counsel for the OP no.1 has made a statement that the matter has been compromised to the tune of Rs.6,499/-(Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninty Nine Only) and the said amount will be credited to the account of complainant within a period of 45 days  with the condition that complainant  will return the damaged mobile set alongwith charger. Counsel for the Complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement of learned counsel for the OP no.1 and agree with the same. Statement to these effect recorded separately.

            In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is disposed off with the direction the OP no.1 shall make the payment of Rs.6499/- within 45 days in the account of complainant bearing account no. 017201007191 IFSC Code ICIC0000729, ICICI Bank, Main Branch, Bhiwani from the date of passing of the order, if the OP no.1 fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 45 days, the OP no.1 shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of complaint till payment. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
