Opposite Party No.2 submits that they have not informed about the settlement between the complainant and Opposite Party No.1.  We noticed that on the last date of hearing, the Opposite Party No.1 files a memo stating that the matter is settled out of Court and the complainant had accepted the alternative flat bearing No.C-007 and the Sale Deed was also executed on 04.11.2022, but, the complainant not coming forward to report the same, hence, prays to dismiss the complaint. 

Inspite of sufficient opportunities provided to report the settlement, the complainant not appeared before this Commission.  Anyhow, considering the memo of settlement, the complaint is hereby dismissed.

            Forward free copies to both parties.
