ORDER

It is stated by Learned counsel for petitioners that the plot has already been allotted to the respondent-society on 28.2.2012 and as such the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for respondent does not dispute this fact and admits that respondent-society has been allotted the plot as stated above. In view of statements given by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands dismissed as become infructuous.
