The case be and the same is allowed in favour of the Complainant Mani Kumar Gurung resident of Deosey Dara, Ward No. 4, P.O.,P.S. Mirik, District Darjeeling-734 214. Also the award is passed against the Opposite Party, Maouta Welfare Society having its registered office at Dowhill Road, P.O.,P.S. Kurseong-734203, District. Darjeeling.

   The District Magistrate and Collector, Darjeeling be asked to pass necessary Order directing the District Land and Land Revenue Officer, Darjeeling to make mutation of the plot mentioned in the Deed No. Vide Vol No. I, Deed No. 5745 registered before the Additional District Sub Registrar, Bagdogra, Darjeeling on 11.06.2013 in accordance with West Bengal Land Reform Act.

    Let a copy of this Order be sent to the District Magistrate, Darjeeling for compliance of the Order as stated herein before.

    The Superintendent of Police, Darjeeling be asked to pass necessary order directing the Officer-in-charge of Naxalbari Police Station to ensure possession of the Complainant Mani Kumar Gurung in the plot mentioned in the Deed Vide Vol No.1 pages, Deed No. 5745 executed and registered before the Additional District Sub Registrar, Bagdogra, Darjeeling.

    Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Darjeeling for compliance of the order by the Officer-in-Charge, Mirik Police Station. Such Order has been passed against the Opposite Party in the interest of justice and fair play.
