The case record being C.C. case No.19/2020 has been placed before the Ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. Both side are found ready. Heard both sides. Considered submission.

As per submission of both sides the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled out of this commission and the parties have already executed and registered Deed of Conveyance in order to substantiate this matter and the parties have filed certified copy of said Deed  no.050103262 in the year 2023, Book No.I, Volume No.0501-2023, Page from 97692 of 97719 of D.S.R. has also been filed. The documents filed by the parties are going to show that the parties have already execute and registered Deed of Conveyance in fevour of the complainant and the complainant is also in possession in the suit property.

As the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled in between the parties and as the parties are not interested to proceed with the case further, the Ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok-Adalat are of the view that the dispute involved in this case can be settled. One withdrawn petition has also been filed by the complainant in respect of which O.p. is not raised no objection.

Considering above noted factors let this C.C. case No.36/2021 be and the same is disposed of through Upobhokta Lok-Adalat as it has been settled in between the parties.

Let a Xerox copy of I.G.R., Xerox certified copy of Deed of Conveyance and the petition filed by both side be made a part of this order.

The parties of this case are entitled to get free certified copy of this order.

Let this order be uploaded in the Official Web-side of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah immediately.
