1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter, the commission passed an order as follows.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against opposite party alleging deficiency in service.  After accepting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite party. The notice of opposite party returned with “not known”
 and posted for steps. The complainant was absent and steps not taken. As the complainant was continuously absent, notice was issued to complainant. After accepting the notice, the complainant failed to appear today for taking steps against opposite party.

           In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with the complaint.

             In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
