Appellant as well as their counsel are absent. On last date  04/08/2011 respondent was present in person but today he is absent. Since the appellant are absent since long, on last date it was directed to issue notice to the appellant. Accordingly notice was issued by RPAD but no report is received today. Office copy of the notice reflects that the notice was issued on correct address of the appellant as given in the appeal memo. Hence, it will have to be presumed that the appellant has served with notice but they did not turn up. Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default. No order as to cost.
