                    Ms. Somya Sahani appears on behalf of Shri Anand Sahani, learned counsel for the appellant.

                    She submits that the appellant has not filed hard copies of appeal memo and the impugned order, as the appellant did not want to pursue the appeal.

                    Accordingly, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that she does not want to press this appeal and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

                    Considering the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
