No one appears either for the petitioner or respondent.  Last time, when there was no appearance for the parties in the proceedings, we directed issuance of notice to the petitioner.  Despite issuance of notice and even after more than a month having elapsed, no one appears for the petitioner which shows his reluctance to prosecute the proceeding.  In the circumstance, this revision petition is dismissed for default.
