ORDER

Present complaint has been filed a fresh by the complainant after disposal of complaint case no. 52/14 by this commission on 03.06.2023. on the same set of facts which was allowed even in favour of the complainant. It has been submitted that another EA case no. 12/2023  has already been filed by this complainant for execution of the order dated 03.06.2023 in earlier consumer complaint case no- 52/2014. In view of above said facts the present complaint on same sets of facts is not maintainable. Hence same is outrightly dismissed.
