This revision petition has been filed against the order passed by the District Forum, Jaipur 4^th dated 19.7.2017 whereby the application submitted by the present appellant is dismissed.

The contention of the applicant is that he has been made party in his personal capacity which is not permissible hence, the order be set aside.

 

Heard the counsel for the applicant and perused the impugned order as well as copy of the complaint.

 

A bare perusal of the copy of the complaint shows that the present applicant is made party through Manager /Partner/Proprietor hence, it cannot be said that the present applicant is made party in his personal capacity.

 

Further the applicant has referred the penal provisions which has no bearing on the present issue.

 

Hence, in view of the above the revision petition is meritless not worth admission and stands dismissed.
