ORDER

          Vide her separate statement recorded on 02.09.2024, the complainant stated that matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, she received cheque of Rs.6,75,000/- from the OPs towards full & final settlement of entire disputes and therefore, he withdraws the present complaint being settled, subject to clearance of said cheque.

          In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.  However, in case of dishonouring of said cheque, the OPs shall be liable to pay entire cheque amount along with interest @9% per annum from the date of statement i.e. 2.9…2024 till its actual payment to complainant.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
