AWARD

1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.05.2024, Sh.Nitesh Singhi, Counsel for JDs has stated that JDs shall pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- to the complainants/DHs as full and final settlement amount and the said amount shall be transferred in the bank account of the complainants/DHs straightway through electronic mode on or before 13.05.2024. Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.05.2024, Sh.Vinod Mahendru, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for JDs and prayed that the present execution application be disposed of in National Lok Adalat.

2.   In view of the statements of the counsels for the parties and in terms of the settlement, the execution application stands disposed of by passing the following order:-

1. JDs shall pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- to the complainants/DHs in equal share and the said amount shall be transferred in the bank account of the complainants/DHs straightway through electronic mode on or before 13.05.2024.
2. In case JDs fail to pay the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, then JDs shall be liable to pay the same alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present execution application i.e. 01.04.2024 till the payment is made.

3.   The award is accordingly passed.

4.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
