ORDER Per Mr S M Shembole, Hon’ble Presiding Member None for the revisionist is present. Their counsel are also absent. The respondent is also absent.  Record reflects that both the parties are absent since long. We have gone through the record and proceedings specifically application under order, which reflects that the Revision Petition has been filed against the impugned order, rejecting the application for setting aside the exparte order. On perusal of the copy of application for setting aside the exparte order, it manifests that exparte order was passed as none appeared for the Revision Petitioner. Their counsel also could not remain present and file Written Version as he had not received Vakilpatra and also the draft of Written Version. No affidavit in support of application also came to be filed. Therefore, District Consumer has rightly rejected the application. Therefore, we find no merit in the Revision Petition.  Hence, Revision Petition stands dismissed.  No order as to cost. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.   Delivered on 29.11.2011.
