2.1.2023 Present: Sh. S.S. Nangal Adv counsel for complainant with              complainant. 

Sh. P.S. Aulakh Advocate filed memo of apperance on behalf of opposite parties. Smt. Gurdeep Kaur complainant has suffered the statement that she has deposited an amount of Rs. 1,85,000/- with opposite parties on dated 30.12.2022 by way of transfer under protest and on deposited the abovesaid amount the opposite parties released the gold ornaments in question to her. Complainant further stated that the opposite parties charged higher interest rate than the agreement, therefore she is entitled to recover the extra amount paid by her to the opposite parties and she reserves the right to recovery and she will file the recovery proceedings before appropriate court of law. Complainant further stated that she withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file the fresh recovery proceedings before competent court of law. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the recovery proceedings before the competent court of law, if she desires so. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
