                   Shri Yatendra Dave, learned counsel for the petitioner.

                        Shri Kartikeya Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

                        None for the respondent no.1.

                        Heard learned counsel for parties on the question of admission.                     

                        This revision is directed against the order dated 08.11.2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bhopal (for short the ‘Forum’) in C.C.No.414/2013 whereby the Forum has proceeded ex-parte against the petitioner/opposite party no.1.

                        Having gone through the reasons stated in the revision petition we find that there was sufficient cause for non-appearance of counsel for petitioner/opposite party no.1 before the Forum, when the case was called.

                        In the circumstances, we allow the revision petition and set-aside the impugned order with further direction to the Forum to allow the petitioner/opposite party no.1 to file reply within 30 days from the date of appearance.

                        Parties to appear before the Forum on 05.08.2019.
