Heard Ms. S. Medhi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner in the Misc case for  condonation of delay and Mr. S.R. Borbhuian who has entered  appearance on behalf of the  respondent.

                 This is an application  for condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring the connected appeal. We have gone through  the  explanation given in para 4, 5 and 6 and  we are satisfied that the  appellant has shown sufficient cause preventing  from filing the appeal in time. Accordingly, the  delay of 15 days in hereby condoned.

                  The Misc case stands disposed.

                  In view of the order  passed in MA.95/2011, the Registry shall allot a number to the appeal and the same shall be listed for admission on 29/3/2012.
