ORDER

Order dt.27/08/1992 Perused complaint and affidavit filed by complainant in support of his case. The receipt of Rs.7000/- by respondent on 15/11/1983 for supply of a refrigerator is evidence by the acknowledgement issued by respondent. The petitioner has also surrendered to that effect. Seven years have elapsed. Still the respondent has not refunded the amount. Hence, the respondent is directed to refund Rs.7000/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of complaint plus cost of Rs.200/- incurred by the complainant.
