Today’s date is known to Adv. Ms Ruby Pal holding for Adv. Mr A R Kataria for appellant, who sought adjournment on previous date on the ground that her senior is suffering from Jaundice and accordingly the matter was adjourned. But today neither appellant nor his counsel appeared. 

It seems that appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, appeal is dismissed in default. No order as to cost.  Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
