The above revision petitions arise out of common order dated 19.02.2008, passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rajasthan, in (First Appeal No. 407 of 2006) Mr. Ansar Ahmad Chaudhary, Advocate for Original Complainant-Manish Kumar states, that the complainant does not want to pursue (R.P. No.3086 of 2008) filed by him. Therefore, complaint filed by the complainant be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty may be granted to the Complainant to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, Revision Petition No.3086 of 2008, stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the complaint filed before the District Forum, stand dismissed as withdrawn. The Revision Petitions (No.2492 and 2036 of 2008) filed by the Opposite Parties/ Petitioners stand allowed. Liberty as sought for is granted to the complainant in (RP No. 3086 of 2008) to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Above noted revision petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
