Record is put up today. The date is fixed for consideration of compromise petition filed by the Complainant on dt. 30.10.2019. We take up this case Perused the compromise petition filed by the parties. The Complainant does not any objection proceed the case. That the matter he has settles the disputes with O.Ps outside the court. Hence filed the petition for closed this case.

Perused and considered the compromised petition. It is seen that the matter of disputes has been settle by the Complainant outside of the court with full satisfaction amount. Hence the case is closed on the strength of the compromise petition with no liberty to files the case again in this Commission the same cause of action.
