ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 29.11.2024, the complainant/DH stated that he withdraws the present execution application filed under Section 71 of CP Act, 2019, with liberty to file separate execution application under Section 72 of CP Act, 2019 and it be disposed of in upcoming National Lok Adalat

2]        In view of above, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
