As per office report, record of the District Forum has been received.

                   To remove the objection raised by the Registry of this Commission, a  Manager’s Cheque bearing No.111541 dated 01.08.2018 in the sum of Rs.25,000/- has been placed on record. Secretary of this Commission is directed to put the said amount in proper account.

                   Alongwith the appeal, an application for condonation of delay of 81 days as per the applicant/appellant  (as per the office report 45 days), in filing the appeal, has been filed.

                   Heard.

                   For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by a duly sworn affidavit and finding sufficient cause, the delay aforesaid is condoned.

                   The application is disposed of accordingly.
