                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
