ORDER

1. Complaint is allowed against IV O.P only and dismissed against other O.P's. 2. In any case the claim of master, Prithvi Shankar shall be settled by the I and II O.P's ask per the order of the Hon'ble High Court. 3. The IV O.P. is directed to pay compensation of Rs.10,000/- and credit the same to consumer Legal aid account maintained by this Forum, within two months from the date of this order, failing which such amount shall carry interest at 10% p.a. thereafter till the date of credit. 4. The IV OP is directed to pay the complainant cost of Rs.1,000/- 5. Send a copy of this order to O.P. by R.P.A.D. and to the complainant under C.O.P.
