Present:       Sh.AshokAhlawat, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                   File taken up today on an application of ld. Counsel for the opposite party for settlement of case. Power of attorney on behalf of opposite party also filed.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the matter has been settled  with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.200000/-(Rupees two lakh only)  and the OP will make the settled amount within a period of 60 days failing which  opposite party will be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of order.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for OP. Now he has no grievances against respondent. Matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for OP.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of  being settled with direction to the opposite partyto pay the alleged amount of Rs.200000/- only(Rupees two lacs only)  to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 01.01.2024 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
