1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.
2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties 1 & 2 represented and filed vakalath. As the notice issued to the opposite parties 3 & 4 returned unserved, complainant taken steps against OP3 and 5and 4th opposite party entered appearance and notice issued to third opposite party was awaited. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant and opposite parties represented and the complainant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled and he is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. The memo filed by the complainant is accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
