AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 25.11.2024, the ld.Counsel for OPs stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Four Lakh & Fifty Thousand Only) shall be paid by OPs to the complainant within 30 days from today-25.11.2024, failing which the said amount will be paid along with interest @9% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint-04.10.2024 till payment and this will be towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint and the complaint be disposed of in the upcoming National Lok Adalat.

          The ld.Counsel for the complainant also stated separately that he admits the aforesaid statement of ld.Counsel for OPs and the complaint be disposed of accordingly in the upcoming National Lok Adalat

2]        In view of the above statements, the present complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

The OPs are directed to pay an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from 25.11.2024, failing which OPs shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from the date of filing the complaint i.e. 04.10.2024 till final payment.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
