The case is fixed for S.R. & A.D. 

It appears from the record that after admission on 16-08-2018 the case is pending for S.R. / A.D. and during this long period the Complainant neither took any steps nor made his appearance.

As the Complainant is continuously found absent without taking any step no further progress of the case is to be made by taking fresh steps upon the O.P. Cease work is not an excuse for the Complainant as no lawyer is engaged on his behalf.

The Commission thinks that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence, the case is dismissed for default with liberty to apply for restoration if necessary on proof of cogent ground.
