Adv.S.A.Pradhan for revision petitioner present. There is delay condonation application . It is submitted  on behalf of petitioner that initially “No w.s.” order passed on 8.12.2020.  It was challenged revision.  Said revision is decided on 19.3.2021.   It is submitted  on behalf of applicant that he received copy of order on 5.4.2021. He was supposed to file revision on or before 3.7.2021.  However, revision is filed on 12.8.2021. Hence there is delay of 41 days in preferring revision petition. In this matter the petitioner is insurance company and petitioner is required to follow certain procedure before filing the petition and in that communication some delay has been caused.  There is 41 days delay in this matter.  However, by Hon'ble Supreme Court in suo-motu judgment passed order excluding the period of limitation which is caused during the pandemic period.  Hence considering all this aspect, application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed.
