Application for restoration of the petition was filed by the applicant/petitioner. However, the same was allowed and the petition was restored vide order dated 1.11.2013, subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) as cost. Applicant/Petitioner has not deposited the cost till date. As, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since morning nor previous order has been complied by the petitioner till date, under these circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed in default as well as also for non-compliance of the previous order passed by this Commission.
