Notice was issued  to complainant on 22.4.22022 which has been returned unserved with remarks “Deceased”.  Since the envelope returned, office reported  on 13.5.22 that the complainant is deceased.  
 
In the meantime, more than 3 and  half months have already been elapsed, the legal heirs have not impleaded as party. As nobody is there to represent the complainant, the complaint petition is abetted and as such complaint petition stands dismissed.
