Complainant is without any steps and absent on repeated calls.

     Today is fixed for admission hearing of the case but on scrutiny of the record it is found that the Complainant deposited Rs.24,000/- before the OP Bank for a period of 36 months and the date of the maturity of the fixed deposit was on 08.01.05. Though the bank authority issued the certificate to that effect but the Complainant filed this case before this Commission for non-payment of the maturity amount on 05.08.22 i.e. after a long span of time. So, the case is not maintainable before this Commission. It is barred by limitation.

Hence, it is

that the instant case No. CC/73/2022 is not admitted and as such it is dismissed on merit.
