This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri M.V.Raghava Rao, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri P.Srinivas Reddy, Advocate for the Opposite Parties, and on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:
ORDER
The Complainant filed advancement petition and the same is allowed as per orders in I.A.No.07/2006. The Complainant also filed a memo stating that he is not pressing the above case and requested to dismiss the complaint as not pressed. Hence the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
