ORDER

1.The back bill raised by the O.P. is quashed. 2.The O.P. is directed to redraw the back bill restricting the claim to the period commencing from June 2004 up to Dec.2004 on the basis of average of the first three months recorded in the parallel meter after it was installed. No interest shall be Climed and the Claim shall be made based on rates applicable for various slabs as prevailing at relevant period. 4.Taking into account the peculiar circumstance of the case no cost is awarded.
