None for the appellant.

This appeal has been filed on 29.03.2016.  On the next date i.e. 06.05.2016 counsel for appellant sought time to file pre-deposit receipt as mandatory to file along with appeal.  Again on 21.06.2016 counsel for appellant sought two weeks time to file pre-deposit receipt.  On the next date 12.08.2016 none present for the appellant.  On that date last opportunity was granted.

Today again none is present.  This appeal is also barred by more than one month.  Neither pre-deposit receipt has been filed nor has application for condonation of delay been filed.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
