Sh. Suresh Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant has moved an application dated 15.01.2018 for the release of Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited by the applicant at the time of filing the appeal.

The appeal was dismissed and according to the learned counsel for the applicant, the amount, in full and final satisfaction of the order, has been paid directly by the applicant to the opposite party.

On behalf of the opposite party, Sh. Pradeep Bartwal, Advocate is present and he has no objection in case the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the applicant at the time of filing of the appeal, be released in favour of the applicant.

In view of above, the amount deposited by the applicant be released in favour of the applicant.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
