            Sh. Ravi Kumar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent/complainant, by putting on record his memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record.

2.               At the time of arguments, we are happy that the parties have settled their dispute.

3.         It is stated by Counsel  for the appellants/Opposite Parties that the appellants are ready to make payment of the amount of Rs.65,000/- towards full and final settlement of claims raised by the respondent/complainant. However, taking notice of facts of the case, we feel that payment of an amount of Rs.70,000/- will be just compensation.

4.         Sh. Tarunjit Singh Grewal, Advocate, Counsel  for the appellants very graciously accepted our recommendation and stated that the said amount of Rs.70,000/- will be paid to the respondent/complainant.

5.         The proposal made, aforesaid, is acceptable to the respondent/complainant, who is present in person alongwith his Counsel. It is stated that in view of statement given, he has no objection in case the order under challenge is set aside and he also wishes to withdraw his original complaint.

6.         We order accordingly.

7.         Let the amount of Rs.70,000/- be paid by the appellants within two weeks from today through demand draft in the name of the respondent/complainant (Sh.Mandeep Singh Gill).

8.         On payment being so made and proof furnished before the Secretary of this Commission by the appellants/their Counsel, the office is directed to return the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing the appeal before this Commission, to the appellants alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, within seven working days.

8.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

9.         Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum.

10.        File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
