ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per amicable settlement the counsel for the complainant has received Rs.3500/- in cash from the  General Manager of OPs No.1&2 towards full and final settlement of the case. He has returned coupon NO.72 to the General Manager of OPs No.1&2.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the  complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
