ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. The O.P.s are directed to pay Rs.200/- to the complainant within two months from the date of this order, failing which the said amount shall bear interest at 10% p.a. thereafter until the date of payment. The O.P.s are directed to issue an appropriate certificate to los of speed post envelop to enable the complainant's parents to obtain a duplicate demand draft on production of necessary documents by the complainant. Send the copy of this order to O.P.s by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
