                                The  complaint has filed a petition  stating therein that he has received  a new mobile with fresh warranty and handed over the old handset to the opposite party and he is fully satisfied with the new ;mobile and prayed to close the case.

                                We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the complainant   has   received a new handset and does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                               

                                Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
