Case record taken up today for hearing .Complainant is present on call through  virtual mode and submit that the cost of the alleged mobile has already been replaced to him by the opponent.

Later on the complainant physically present before this Commission and acknowledged the receive the cost of the alleged mobile and the mobile also lift up by the O.P from the complainant .He expressed that grievance is no more exist for which he does not want to proceed more in this case.

In such circumstances this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn against the O.ps.
