Case record taken up today for hearing. Complainant as well as O.P 1 filed their respective evidence on affidavit to substantiate their claim . Copy of which is served to each other and taken into record.

In the mean time Learned counsel for the complainant being authorized by the complainant has filed a memo stating therein that the complainant does not want to want to proceed anymore in this case and pray to dispose the same giving a liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint as the vehicle is not yet delivered to the complainant . Heard on the memo and taken into the record be formed as part of the record.

Considering the prayer of the complainant, this consumer complaint is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The complainant may present fresh complaint as the cause of action is continuing till date.

Case is disposed of accordingly.
