Complainant absent.  Exparte evidence not adduced.  Counsel for the complainant submits that he is having no instruction from the complainant.  The documents produced along with complaint are only unattested photo copies of  6 F.D receipts which cannot be accepted in evidence.

In the circumstances we are of the view that there is absolutely no evidence.

In the result complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs
