Complainant absent.  Counsel submits that he is having no instruction from the complainant. Exparte evidence not adduced.   The documents produced along with complaint is only photo copies of F.D receipts which cannot be accepted in evidence.

Hence there is absolutely no evidence to prove the case of the complainant.

In the result complaint  dismissed.

          No costs.
