Complainant represented and filed a petition seeking permission to withdraw the case.    Heard, perused the records.  Prayer in the I.A stands allowed permitting him to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

In the result complaint dismissed being withdrawn subject to the right of the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
